1. Scope of Service

XAM provides an AI-augmented platform for educators to generate, refine, and export assessment materials. The service is provided on a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) basis. We reserve the right to modify feature availability or system parameters to maintain platform integrity and performance.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

User Content (Sources)

You retain 100% ownership of any documents, textbooks, or notes you upload to the platform. XAM claims no rights to your source material.

Generated Output

We grant you full ownership of the *output* generated by the AI based on your instructions. You are free to use, distribute, and sell your generated exam papers for educational purposes.

Platform IP

The "XAM" brand, UI design, underlying prompt engineering logic, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of BitBop Labs.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use the platform to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly biased material.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or "jailbreak" the underlying AI models.
  • Automate account creation or use bots to scrape the repository.
  • Violate institutional academic integrity policies by misrepresenting AI output as purely human-authored where prohibited.

4. AI Accuracy & Responsibility

Important Notice for Educators:

AI models can occasionally generate factually incorrect or "hallucinated" information. **XAM is a productivity tool, not a substitute for pedagogical expertise.**

By using XAM, you agree that it is your sole responsibility to review, verify, and validate all generated questions for factual accuracy, grammatical correctness, and academic appropriateness before deploying them to students.

5. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or yearly).

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current paid period.
  • Refunds: We offer a "No Questions Asked" refund policy within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, provided you have generated fewer than 5 full exams.

By continuing to use XAM, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these documents in their entirety.
