For a chapter-length document and a standard 30-question exam, yes. The generation itself is always under a minute; the rest is you reviewing and shaping the set. Longer sources take a little more.
PDF, Word, CSV or TXT. Textbooks, lecture slides exported to PDF, scanned notes, handouts. A chapter-length PDF of 10 to 15 pages is the sweet spot for a focused set.
XAM generates in the document's own language: English, Urdu, Arabic, French or Spanish. There's no translation step, and scrambled right-to-left text from older PDFs is repaired for you.
Every question comes to you first. Edit it by hand, or describe the change in plain words ('make this harder', 'add a hospital scenario') and XAM rewrites it for your approval.
