Reliability
Reliability is the consistency of an assessment: whether it would give a similar result on a retake, across different markers, or across equivalent versions of the paper.
A reliable test is not thrown off by who marked it or which version a student sat. Clear mark schemes, rubrics, and moderation across a teaching team are the practical levers that raise reliability.
Reliability is necessary but not sufficient. A test can be perfectly consistent and still measure the wrong thing, which is where validity comes in.
